Rules formulated by the Central government in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 62 of the Biological Diversity Act, 2002 and in supersession of the National Biodviersity Authority (salary, Allowances and conditions of service of Chairperson and other Members ) Rules, 2003 except as respect to things done or omitted to be done before such supersession.
